We had a fun day celebrating Labor day. We could not have asked for a more perfect weather day as the sun was shining and it was warm but not hot. Cody has been drawn to go on a special deer hunt here in North Dakota and so he needed to practice shooting with the gun that he will be hunting with. We drove to the shooting range at the south end of town and we disappointed to find that it was still mostly under water. We decided to shoot near it though and while it was not an ideal place for Cody to site in the gun, we still had a fun time being outside. We were able to climb a small N.D. mountain and the girls and I shot BB guns at our own target. Erin was so good at shooting, she was able to take a flower clean off of its stem.
