My Girl's Make Me Smile

So tonight I went into the living room to check on the girls and found Erin practicing her violin with Macie holding up a paper. Macie had put together each of these to hold up as to how Erin was doing. I love her honesty! It brought a great big smile to my face.

Sometimes it takes a lot of patience on everyone involved when a new instrument is being learned how to be played! I am trying to teach the art of tuning things out...no pun intended.

I actually LOVE to listen to Erin play and love the fact that she loves to play. I am so grateful that she has this opportunity to learn to play the violin at school.

Here is Macie being a very sweet sister! She is a very good friend to Erin and not once did she hold up the "hate it" sign.
