I had the cool opportunity to go New York City with Mom Chase, Becky and Amber. It was the first that I had ever taken such a trip and what an adventure we had!!! I have learned just how much I LOVE the west and will enjoy more fully the wide open spaces and the slower pace that we live. I am grateful for my husband. If it had not been for his support (both physically and financially) I could not have gone. He, Kevin and Dad Chase stayed in Casa Grande with a house full of 10 children!!! Yes, I know I owe him BIG!!!! I love you, Sweets! I'll post some of the highlights.
Here we are on top of The Empire State Building....I'll admit I was a bit frightened by the height!
Ode to the subway! How thankful I was for hand sanitizer!!!
Ouch!
Don't worry Dad...he's made of wax!
Hee, hee, hee...size is a relative thing!
We know...modest is hottest!!!!
What an adventure we had biking through Central Park. I was feeling quite homesick on this day but the fresh air in the park and my patient friends helped me to enjoy the rest of the trip! Thanks you guys--you're the best!

I love you Amber!

After visiting Ellis Island we were treated to a downpour of rain! The funny thing about this adventure in the rain is that we had thrown our umbrella's away the day before because it had not rained and we were tired of carrying them! It really was fun to play in the rain though...it made me feel like a little child!

This was a picture that just had to be taken! As we toured the sights in Philly, we had to drag along our luggage! We had to have our luggage searched twice and the lines we created because of this procedure was really kind of funny!
This is us after we landed back in Phoenix! After a long, muggy day in Philly and being up for 19 plus hours, we were all pretty tired but oh the memories we made! Thanks girls for such an awesome trip! I love you and I will remember it always! (Let's start thinking of what we want to do next!)
For those of you who have seen "Night at the Museum", this is who I had to find, "Gum, Gum".
This is "The Beast" and was most definately a highlight of our trip! We had so many good laughs aboard this boat!
Travelling at 45 mph! Wahoo! We had good entertainment while on board. We left the boat a bit more wet then when we arrived!
One of the adventures we had was trying to find our way! Thankfull we only got lost a couple of times!
Another highlight was getting to visit Ellis Island.

Our last day was spent in Philadelphia and it was so amazing to see where our country began! I enjoyed it so much.
